Doing so will transport you to a hidden neon Lamp World, where a traffic signal awaits. Engage in conversation with it to give it the green light and then return to Bridge World to experience the full effects of Yume Nikki.

Within the realm of dreams lies the entrance to the windmill world, located in the pump room. The traffic light at the entrance is initially red, but it will eventually turn green, granting access to the Puddle World and back to windmill world again.
The other method of locating the stoplight is go to sleep. You will begin dreaming with Madotsuki on the balcony. Once on the balcony, you will want to equip your bicycle and then ride back into the bedroom. Then take the door on the far left to enter a room with multiple doors.
