About Drop In/Drop Out
Implemented by W2 and Drop Out Video Arts, a newly formed Chinatown non-profit concerned with promoting emergent video, the show is a collaboration between an array of individual Vancouver artists, community artspace collectives, and local musical talent. As the Vancouver edition of Berlin based BYOB (Bring Your Own Beamer) , all artists and community members are invited to show work, provided that they bring their own equipment. The space will host no less than 30 projections from Vancouver Artists, and additionally include interactive displays, installation art, and music acts.
Music: Channels 3&4, Animal Bodies, Magneticring, Holzkoft and Crystal Dorval.
